Kids Community Flow Arts Meetups
60-Minute Session
$15 Per Child
Designed for children of all experience levels, our kids meetups combine movement, creativity, games, and skill development in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants have the opportunity to explore a variety of flow arts props including:
Staff
Dragon Staff
Hoops
Fans
Poi
Through guided activities and creative play, children can build confidence, coordination, body awareness, social skills, and self-expression while having fun with others in the community.
Suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.
Adult Community Flow Arts Meetups
90-Minute Session
$25 Per Person
Our adult meetups provide a relaxed and supportive environment where participants can learn, practise, and share flow arts together.
Whether you're picking up a prop for the first time or refining existing skills, these sessions offer opportunities to improve technique, exchange knowledge, explore creativity, and connect with a growing local community of flow artists.
Participants are encouraged to learn at their own pace while enjoying the benefits of movement, focus, and community connection.
