Our Adult Flow Arts Workshops are available for community groups, private events, wellness programs, team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and special occasions.

Designed for beginners through to experienced practitioners, these interactive workshops provide a welcoming environment to explore movement, develop new skills, and discover the creativity of flow arts.
